Also, fasting to lose weight and using water to lose weight should be approached carefully. Any extreme food restriction can be health damaging if done without medical supervision. So again, check with your doctor before trying anything. 8. I’m not real big on the “Detox to lose weight” approach but I know a lot of people swear by them. All I know is a "detox" approach can lead to fatigue, cramping, and dehydration if you aren’t careful. So be careful! Besides, your body has natural "detox" organs built in - like your liver, skin, and lungs. 9. We all know the drive for a more conscious intake of healthier food, using natural products. And believe it or not, many alternative weight loss options and diet pill manufacturers have detected the need to utilize natural ingredients and add vitamins into their products. It was discovered that many of our natural herbs and their subsequent combinations had different effects on the human body, and more specifically, in its overall weight management. But still check everything out with your doctor before you start anything. 10. Always use you head. Avoid products claiming weight loss without lifestyle change. Look for a website and 800 number to call for further information about purity of the compound. Be an informed consumer! If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
