It can simply come down to this; how bad do you want to burn your excess fat and drop the extra weight? Ask yourself how much more important is it to look and feel good compared to sitting around watching TV eating fattening crap?

List your own reasons for wanting to drop the pounds and get healthy. Take responsibility for your situation. You got yourself into this mess, now get yourself out of it.

Re-read the story when you're feeling down about yourself or think you are reaching a weight loss plateau. I did and found it helped a lot with my weight loss motivation. People who drop all the excess fat do not have super powers. They just stick with it.
