Portions. No matter what anyone says, size matters. Got to scale back and start sharing your meals, ordering a smaller portion or taking home leftovers. Just don’t feel you have to finish everything on your plate. Portions are way to big these days. Water. Fall in love with it instead of soda and other sugary drinks. You’ll save yourself hundreds of calories and a day's worth of sugar — or even more. Never forget your healthy food tips, you're in control with what goes into your body.
