Also the GMP guarantees that each product contains ingredients that are pure, of therapeutic value, safe and with standardized formulas.
2. Look for who is behind the product's formulation. Are scientists and experts in natural health formulating them? Because there are herbs and natural ingredients that when combined, can be harmful.
Check their credentials to be assured that they are experts and what you are taking is safe (just because a product is natural does not mean it's safe.)
3. Make sure that the supplements do not contain additives, chemicals or fillers such as starch, sugar, gluten or silica.
