1. Develop healthy eating habits. You need to limit complex and simple sugars (the bad stuff) and focus on eating lean protein and fibrous fruits and vegetables (the good stuff). 2. Work up to thirty minutes. Start out slow, especially if physical activity is something new to you. But at least thirty minutes is your goal.
