If you have an iphone check out the “Lose It” app. It rocks, very intuitive. I have tried most of the weight management apps to date and this one is top shelf.

This app allows you to search for generic and name brand foods (both in supermarkets and restaurants), create your own foods, browse through exercises, and edit everything.

Just pull it out where ever you are to instantly get a calorie reality check on how many calories you’re about to eat or burn exercising. Keeping track of calories consumed and expended is a breeze with this new app.

So always stay hydrated! My rule of thumb is to divide my weight in half and drink that many fluid ounces of water per day. For example: if you weight 140 lbs. then you should be drinking approximately 70 fluid ounces of water per day. Spread it out through out the day.
